10 English Phrases for use in Daily Routine Hindi
आपको पता है की इन बातो को English में क्या कहते हैं -
मै दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ की उसकी एक girlfreind है। ,
उड़ती उड़ती खबर सुनी है की उसने काम छोड़ दिया है। ,
तुम्हारी किताबे मुझे मेरे बचपन की याद दिलाती है।
Hello ! मै हूँ Fageshwar . और इस English lesson में हम 10 English Phrases देखने वाले है जो आपकी daily conversation में बहुत काम आएंगे। और इसके अलावा इस Lesson के आखिर में एक क्विज है आपके प्रैक्टिस के लिए। तो चलिए शुरू करते है। .........
1. Believe it or not ( मानो या ना मानो )
Ex. - Believe it or not, he has taken a bribe. ( मानो या ना मानो इसने रिस्वत ली है / पैसे खाये है। )
Bribe - घुस / रिस्वत
Believe it or not, all leaders are alike from within. ( मानो या ना मानो अंदर से सब नेता एक जैसे है। )
leaders - नेता , from within / from inside - अंदर से
2. At least ( कम से कम )
Ex. - You should have told me at least. ( कम से कम बताना तो चाहिए था मुझे। )
Note :- जो करना चाहिए था पर नहीं किया ऐसे sentences में should have लगाते है।
Don't spoil your mood today at least. ( कम से कम आज तो अपना मनोदशा (mood) खराब मत करो। )
spoil - खराब
3. Sooner or later ( आज नहीं तो कल )
Ex. - Everybody will get to know sooner or later. ( आज नहीं तो कल सबको पता चल जायेगा। )
You will have to tell her sooner or later. ( आज नहीं तो कल तुम्हे उसको बताना पढ़ेगा। )
Note :- जब कहना हो ऐसा करना पढ़ेगा तब sentences में will have लगाते है।
4. I bet ( मै दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ )
Ex. - I bet he has a girlfriend. ( मै दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ की उसकी गर्लफ्रेंड है। )
I bet you didn't take a bath today. ( मै दावे के साथ कह सकता हूँ की तुम आज नहीं नहाए। )
5. I doubt ( मुझे नहीं लगता )
Ex. - I doudt he has a girlfriend. ( मुझे नहीं लगता की उसकी गर्लफ्रेंड है। )
I don't think he has a girlfriend. ( मेरे ख्याल से उसकी गर्लफ्रेंड नहीं है। )
6. Rumor has it ( उड़ती उड़ती खबर सुनी है )
Ex. - Rumor has it that he has resigned. ( उड़ती उड़ती खबर सुनी है की उसने इस्तीफा दे दिया है। )
Rumor has it that our college teachers are going on a strike. ( अफवाह है की हमारे महाविधालय के शिक्षक हड़ताल पर जा रहे है। )
strike - हड़ताल , Rumor - अफवाह
7. It's not that ( ऐसा नहीं है की )
Ex. - It's not that he didn't see me, but he ignored me. ( ऐसा नहीं है की उसने मुझे देखा नहीं, पर उसने इग्नोर कर दिया। )
It's not that I don't remember you. ( ऐसा नहीं है की मै आपको याद नहीं करता। )
It's not that it doesn't matter to me. ( ऐसा नहीं है की मुझे फर्क नहीं पड़ता। )
8. I don't understand ( मुझे समझ नहीं आता ),
I fail to understand ( मै समझ नहीं पाता )
Ex. - I don't understand why people to to Goa. ( मुझे समझ नहीं आता की लोग गोवा क्यों जाते है। )
I fail to understand what these leaders want. ( मै समझ नहीं पाता की ये नेता चाहते क्या है। )
9. On top of that ( ऊपर से )
Ex. - I already left late brom home, and on top of that, I met with a lot of traffic. ( मै पहले ही घर से लेट निकला, और ऊपर से ट्रैफिक भी बहुत मिला। )
I was alrady in a hurry, and on top of that, a policeman caught me. ( मै पहले ही जल्दी में था और ऊपर से पुलिस वाले ने पकड़ लिया। )
10. Remind me of ( याद दिलाते है )
Ex. - Your toys remind me of my childhood. ( तुम्हारे खिलौने मुझे मेरे बचपन की याद दिलाते है। )
Your story reminds me of my father. ( तुम्हारी कहानी मुझे मेरे पापा की याद दिलाती है। )
